Which massage should I book for my first visit?
If you mainly want to relax or you are unsure where to start, the New Client Therapeutic Customized Massage is the simplest option. For focused muscle tension, lymphatic bodywork, or post-op support, text us and we will help you choose the closest service.
Is deep tissue massage supposed to hurt?
No. Deep tissue uses firmer, controlled pressure, but it should remain within your comfort. Tell us whenever you want the pressure adjusted.
Can I skip aromatherapy?
Yes. Aromatherapy in the first-visit offer is optional and can be omitted for fragrance sensitivity or personal preference.
Do you offer post-op massage?
Yes. Post-op lymphatic and focused bodywork options are available after clearance from your healthcare provider. These services do not replace medical care or follow-up.
Are packages required?
No. You can book individual appointments. Packages are optional for clients who already want a consistent series.
